Wed-nes-day

Happy Wednesday!!! Now raise your hand (be truthful) and admit it...every time you write out the word Wednesday,  you sound it out. I know I do!!! lol

I have nothing profound to say today (shocking, I know), and I am off to get ready for an interview, so I will leave you with my favorite breakfast. :)

Nothing fancy, just my own version of an Egg McMuffin. One fried egg, topped with a slice of provolone (it was what was in the fridge), and some turkey bacon...all smushed onto a toasted Food for Life GF English Muffin. YUM.
